- Match Day Poster, operated by To Be Honest I Don’t Know LLC, creates unique, personalized sports posters that are custom-made for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Custom Products

Defective or Damaged Products: If your custom poster arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost or offer a full refund. Please contact us with proof of the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Personalization: If the product received does not match the personalization details specified in your order (e.g., wrong team kit, incorrect name), please notify us within 14 days. We will correct the issue by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

No Returns for Custom Products: Because each poster is uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect personalization.
Non-Custom Products
- Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition for a full refund or exchange.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.

- Once we review your request, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approval is subject to the nature of the issue.

Processing:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Returns Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

Packaging:
- Securely package the item, including all packaging, tags, and accessories, if any.

Shipping:
- You will receive a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. Please use this label to send the item back to us.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Charity Donations
- Lightly used or non-returnable products are not accepted for returns, but may be considered for donation to local charities where applicable.
Exclusions
- Personalized Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom products unless there is a defect or an error in personalization.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging, and our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Additional Information
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the customization process.
