Our AI generates a high-resolution poster with your likeness, and it’s delivered via email. While our AI is designed to produce lifelike, vibrant images, minor irregularities may occur, such as slight variations in text or visual elements. Revisions are available for significant inaccuracies if they substantially impact the quality.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Each poster generated utilizes substantial computational resources, including GPU and AI processing power, which are non-recoverable once rendered. Consequently, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer limited revisions if there are substantial errors in the rendering. Minor discrepancies that do not significantly affect the final product are not eligible for revisions.
3. Return and Refund Policy for Wearable Products
At My Dream Poster, wearable products (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies) are custom-made and produced specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you change your mind after purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
- Provide a clear photo showing the defect, damage, or error.
- If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, include an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Important Notes
- Sizing and Color: We strongly recommend reviewing our size and color guides carefully before placing your order, as these cannot be modified or returned after production.
- Print Placement Tolerance: A print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches applies to all wearable products. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects and fall within our quality standards.
- Undeliverable Products: If a product is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, a reprint can be requested for an additional fee, or a partial refund may be issued.

4. Image Quality and Client Responsibility
The quality of the final poster largely depends on the quality of the face photo provided. To ensure optimal results, please follow these Photo Guidelines:
- Resolution: Use a high-resolution, front-facing photo.
- Face Visibility: Avoid glasses, bangs, or anything obscuring the face.
- Expression: Neutral expressions work best.
- Background: Choose a simple, clutter-free background.
- Lighting: Bright, even lighting will highlight facial details effectively.
Failure to provide a suitable photo may result in lower-quality outputs, for which we hold no liability.
5. Revisions Policy
In cases where the generated poster includes significant visual inaccuracies, we will consider one or more revisions to address these issues. Revision requests must:
- Be submitted within 7 days of receiving the poster.
- Clearly specify any errors for our team to review.
- Align with our guidelines, as revisions are intended for error correction, not cosmetic adjustments.
To prevent excessive use of the revision process, we reserve the right to limit or refuse revisions if requests exceed reasonable bounds for error correction.
6. Intellectual Property, Use Restrictions, and Third-Party Content

The custom poster we create for you is intended for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or product for commercial purposes without express written permission from My Dream Poster. Your poster is licensed solely to you for private enjoyment and cannot be used in any commercial or promotional capacity.
Third-Party Logos, Brands, and Sponsorships
Some custom posters may feature elements resembling logos, brands, or sponsorships associated with sports teams, characters, or themes. My Dream Poster does not own or claim any rights to these third-party trademarks or elements, and they are included in our Service strictly as artistic representations. All trademarks, logos, and sponsorship symbols remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
We aim to create visually engaging artwork inspired by these themes; however, our posters are not officially licensed products of any team, league, brand, or character owner. Indemnification for Unauthorized Use
By purchasing a custom poster, you agree to use it only as permitted within these Terms. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Dream Poster and To Be Honest I Don’t Know LLC from any claims or liabilities that may arise from unauthorized or prohibited uses of the custom poster, including any commercial or promotional use of a poster containing third-party brands or trademarks.
